About

Qualifications

I began my career at Deloitte in its Business Consulting practice (formally Arthur Andersen) , initially supporting several partners recognised as thought leaders in Organisational Learning. From this foundation, I progressed into a Marketing Manager role within the rapidly expanding practice. It was here that I discovered my passion for Knowledge Management—championing behavioural change to help teams capture, share, apply, and reuse their collective expertise.

This interest ultimately reshaped my career direction, leading to global leadership roles as Head of Knowledge Management at Hitachi Consulting (formerly Celerant Consulting) and BAE Systems Applied Intelligence (formerly Detica).

After significant international travel in these positions, I took a career break to focus on raising my children. Throughout this period, I remained actively engaged with the business community through high-profile fundraising initiatives and involvement in Parent Teacher Associations across schools in both the UK and USA. I also became known—particularly in parent circles—for my project management expertise and creative flair, most notably through organising imaginative, storytelling-led children’s events.

When I decided to return to professional life, I chose to work collaboratively with like-minded professionals and smaller organisations rather than re-enter a single full-time corporate role. This path enables me to stay energised by variety, continue learning, and retain flexibility. Today, I partner with a portfolio of clients across private equity, a procurement consultancy and a boutique consultancy advising global law firms on legal search, mergers, and strategic initiatives.

Outside of work, I enjoy paddle boarding, jogging, Peloton cycling, interior design, and—above all—encouraging others to recognise and fulfil their true potential.
