I’m Caroline your potential ‘teamologist’. I provide office support to SMEs to enable them to work more productively by freeing up their time. I’ve coined this term as I’m different from your traditional virtual office assistant. I take a vested interest in your company as I thrive on being part of a team and adding value.
I’ve worked in the professional services industry for over a decade in a variety of roles. From being a PA and team coordinator for a fast growing organisational learning practice; marketing manager; project manager and finally, Global Head of Knowledge Management - I know what it’s like to both provide and need office support.
My ‘roll my sleeves up’ approach and change management background has made me an adaptable, well-organised, proactive, resourceful and resilient team player in both supporting and leading a team. So, I refer to myself as a ‘teamologist’.
